An Ode to the sadness that I so dearly held

She’s the moon, lighting up my darkness
A beautiful astral spirit that burnt away all my sadness

Now here I sit, waiting for this empty case to be illuminated
Waiting for the solution that is so awaited
To add happiness and subtract pain
To welcome the sun and say goodbye to the rain
To steer away nightmares of failed love
To hold her close and never ever let go

She brings the warmth of summer, to this icy cold winters
She’s a light in this pitch black cage of laments
Just as a flower away with the times withers
I struggle to survive burnt into doubts by flames
To all this unbalance, to this failed equation
She’s my only true salvation
