Human Imperfection
Does it hurt to be alone?
How does it taste to be so wrong?
Cursing the evil in her staring frown
This saddened face can only hold so much
Does it hurt to feel alive my friends?
Odd moments of close encounters, dear this is the closest
And walk on pretending, pretending the equation is null
Keep preaching nonsense, words that cannot pierce thoughts
Pretending to reach limitless power, standing where God stood
I guess your own identity you forgot
Identify false prophets in the masses of imperfection
Seek a cure, and only find despairing deception
Now my dear ally, do you understand?
False promises only lead to eternal despair
Now seek into my efforts and hold my hand
And you still think living is fair?
I shall uncover the true face of this species
This hatred is far beyond alphabetic
I walk inside darkness, inside your soul
Have your forgotten me?
I hold inside these fingers all your hopes
Can you now believe?
This stain, this filthy excuse
This chain holding us to the truth
Come closer child of us all
Sit and witness this genocide
I have but forgotten this would our fall
It’s time; it’s time for our seeds to decide
We are a generation held down by limits
But my child’s will open the lock, believe it!
It is better to face cold death once as a warrior and grind back, than a million times as a coward and beg for mercy.-Me
